When the Television Academy needed a partner who could deliver a Hollywood-caliber afterparty at scale, our master florist and a team of nine senior designers built 1,800 stems across fourteen varieties in 72 hours — sourced traceably from seven partner farms across Washington and Oregon, hand-built in our climate-stable Ballard studio, and delivered in our custom vans to within a 15-minute window of cue.

Recurring corporate programs begin at $1,400 per month for weekly lobby rotations and scale by footprint, frequency, and stem specification. One-time installations and event commissions are scoped individually, typically starting at $4,800.
We deliver on our own climate-stable vans across a 40-mile radius of our Ballard flagship — Greater Seattle, the Eastside, Tacoma, and Bellevue — with carbon-neutral same-day service on every order inside that radius. Destination events outside the region are welcomed with advance planning and a dedicated logistics lead.
Every recurring client receives a quarterly Sustainability Manifest listing each stem by farm, variety, and growing practice, alongside our Certified American Grown and Bee Better Certified documentation. The same report powers our shared 3% commitment to pollinator habitat restoration through the Hani Hani Bloom Foundation.
Most recurring programs begin with a 12-month lookbook built from a single design consultation and refined over the first quarter. Bespoke builds — including large-scale installations and seasonal reveals — are developed through a written brief, a CAD or moodboard presentation, and a named project lead from kickoff to strike.
